Would you like to get involved during your studies and pass on your experiences to junior students? if so, you've come to the right place. We will help you to find a suitable junior buddy, who you will support during your studies and whom you will help with words and deeds. In addition to obtaining an honorary certificate, you will also have the opportunity to further develop your personal skills.

For Senior-Buddies, the programme offers:

• Continuing education opportunities (as part of the voluntary service).
• a consultation hour for reflection and supervision.
• Possibility to help shape the programme and organise individual activities (as part of the voluntary service).
• Certificate of the HHU as a gratification for your voluntary work.
• Advantage when applying for scholarships.
• Advantage when applying for internships and / or jobs.
• Development of a network.
• personal and competence development / Softskill.
• Interdisciplinary learning ("thinking outside the box").

Registration:

Admission criteria: Senior student (>  4th semesters and a short motivation letter (500 characters).
Simply fill out the registration form for senior buddies and send it back to us by email to diversity@hhu.de . We will contact you as soon as possible.
