Objective of the programme:
To increase the number of female professors at the HHU/UKD and the number of female managers in the private sector.
Description of the programme:
Since 2006, the SelmaMeyerMentoring program has supported female scientists from all five faculties of the Heinrich Heine University in planning and developing their careers at or outside the university with the aim of increasing the number of female executives.
Capacity: 14-16 persons
