Target group: High school students from families without academic experience and/or with a migrant background

Objective of the programme:
In this way, the programme should contribute to greater educational equity and equal opportunities.

Description of the programme:
Within the framework of the talent scouting programme, pupils receive intensive long-term advice from the 10th grade through to their studies, and are supported and accompanied in their development and on their individual educational path.

Full capacity: 4 talent scouts - 977 talents from 25 schools
