Diversity at HHU

The term diversity comes from English and means variety/diversity/diversity. It is about the fact that every person is unique due to certain physical, psychological, and socio-cultural characteristics. However, no one should be excluded, discriminated against, or disadvantaged because of these different characteristics. Diversity at HHU stands for the diversity or variety of people, cultures, and ideas. Diversity of attitudes and perspectives that arise from individual characteristics and lifestyles (= dimensions).
Since diversity is an important area of action for HHU, there are a variety of stakeholders who are engaged in the diversity field in general and within specific dimensions, and who initiate and implement a wide range of offers and services.
