Counselor for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses (BBSt)

People with disabilities should have equal access to general higher education and lifelong learning without discrimination. The HHU has made it its task, through the representative for students with disabilities or chronic illness and the advisors of the counseling center, to provide targeted advice and individual support to affected students. The study and examination conditions as well as the improvement of everyday life at the university in terms of equal opportunities are part of their work. They are happy to help with questions and concerns that arise during studies and provide information in particular about compensation for disadvantages.
