Diversity at HHU
The Diversity Section of the HCSD is responsible for managing diversity across all faculties at the HHU. She advocates for the creation of an equitable study and work environment in teaching, research, study, technology, and administration at HHU, regardless of nationality, ethnic origin, religion or worldview, disability, age, or sexual orientation and gender identity.
Diversity is an invitation to develop knowledge, skills, and imagination – qualities that are crucial for success in a rapidly changing and diverse world.
Our current areas of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of actions, workshops, and projects to raise awareness of diversity issues and improve campus culture
- Networking of interested stakeholders and committed employees and students
- Contact person for students and employeesContact person for students and employees
- Visibility of diversity-relevant projects, offers, and topics through social media, the diversity portal, and personal outreach
- Consultation and information of the rectorate on diversity topics
