| 5 July | Diversity | The Instagram channel diversity.hhu became hcsd_hhu. In addition to diversity, the account now covers the entire spectrum of topics addressed by the HCSD. This includes the fields of diversity, environment and health. |
| 5 August | Sexual orientation and gender identity | Following a decision by the Rectorate on 4 August 2022, TIN students can now apply to change their first name and gender designation in the HHU campus management system. |
| 3 November | Diversity | ‘Equal opportunities for all’ – this is the goal with which HHU entered the ‘Shaping Diversity’ re-audit. Three and a half years after the first audit, many interested parties gathered at the SSC on 3 November to discuss their wishes and ideas in the peer review process in four rounds of talks. |
